Hi! I’m Nika, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and competitive bodybuilder. I began my own fitness journey at 20 after losing my mom, and that experience pushed me to take control of my health and find strength through training.

Over time, fitness became more than just a way to cope, it became a passion that led me into bodybuilding. Through bodybuilding, I’ve learned the value of discipline, consistency, nutrition, and mental resilience. Competing and training at a high level has taught me how to build the body strategically through proper programming, nutrition, and dedication, and I now use that knowledge to help others reach their own goals.
